Information processed
Saphen processes account information, uploaded media, transcripts, learning modules, quiz responses, progress, and limited technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, process private videos, create learning materials, score quizzes, restore progress, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
Service providers
Hosted infrastructure, authentication, managed video processing, and AI providers may process data on Saphen’s behalf. Private answer keys and credentials are not exposed to browser clients.
Retention
Source media is intended to be temporary processing input and may become eligible for deletion after transcript, module, and quiz creation. Learning records and progress remain available separately.
